First Meeting of The Placebo Harm Reduction Collective

The Placebo Harm Reduction Collective focuses on reducing the harm done by drugs, alcohol, depression, and anxiety. The goal is to help on the path to sobriety and freedom from anxiety and depression without dictating how exactly you have to achieve this. This group is intended as an alternative to Alcoholics Anonymous and does not participate in the 12 steps or a higher power (god) but does recognize & respect AA as an effective treatment for the people that it works for. The HRC is a sub group of The Placebo. Meetings are open to all ages, and are created for Humboldt County’s diverse music, art, film, and literature scene.
